Never got a chance to wear my shades

On Friday the 25th of January, i bought a pair of shades at woolworths at Sandton and on Saturday when i tried wearing the they just broke!!! so can someone at woolworths please explain to me what must happed now. i thought that they sold quality staff but i am not so sure anymore.
