Shocking service and excuses

A piece of glass was ordered and we were told it would be on site by 10:30am. It is now 2pm and we have been waiting on site for this glass to arrive. No one can give a proper explanation and we have just been messed around. My technician came from jhb to meet your team and you have still to arrive. Shocking service and only excuses have met every phone call I have made in the last 3 hours. Not a happy customer and will not be recommending you to any of my colleagues in the construction industry.
