Very, Very Poor Service at Well above Market Price

My interior decorator orders a glass-top table (length - 2.2m), R18K. Arrives shortly, damaged: pieces of 7-10cm chipped off. Replacement ordered. This is in mid-March 2013. 1st attempt - fail.
A few weeks later, on a Sat: Kay-lee at the William Nicol store says it'll come after 12h30.By 14h30, no calls from delivery men.By 17h30, they tell me they'll come shortly. They arrive at 20h00, deliver a glass-top, the wrong size (1.8m), with even bigger chips. 2nd attempt - fail.
They give me the glass-top on display at the store. Problem there - it is scratched. I take it, while the supplier is making a new one. It is actually delivered using enough staff (it is heavy) and a trolley. Still not getting what I paid for, so 3rd attempt - fail.
Mid-July: new glass-top is ready. Not enough hands to bring it, though. 4th attempt - fail. I ask the CEO to call me, he does.
Under CEO direction, stuff arrives. Not enough hands, again. No trolley. I wait for 2 hrs for these to arrive. Finally, 5th attempt - it's sorted, 4 months down the line.
Throughout, all I hear is excuses - it is the delivery centre, the supplier, the phase of the moon. Total wasted hours - around 28 (calling, waiting).
