SUB STANDARD PRODUCT MARKETED AS TOPCLASS

I bought a Scott Aspect 910 29er from a local bike shop (FLandria - [URL Removed] (Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa) ) 5 Februarie 2013 this year - it's still under warrantee. XL Frame with Alex Rims (Alex XC-44 rims) (I weigh 103 kg - 1.88m tall) (frame codes: EN 14766 & AS 20905915). Started losing spokes in the back wheel (March 2013) and paid to replace (@ R114 a pop) 5/6 times. May 2013 Probike agreed to rebuild the wheel and Flandria did the job. They told me the rim was gone. I refused to spend more money on it 3 months after buying a new bike!! Contacted Phillip Erasmus (Scott-sports SA) and he agreed to replace the rim and get Flandria to rebuild the wheel again. During the past 3 months I had to take it back 4 times and the 5 time they suggested I buy a new wheelset. I were led to believe that this is a great buy but spend 1000's just to keep going on this sub-standard product. I love my Scott, but I am so utterly disappointed in the substandard quality of parts used. I was bike-less for about 2 months??? It's still under warrantee and I want answers please!
