Seeing a task through

Was at Game - City View Branch this lunch time (sat). Business looked slow and spirits generally low in the branch. Went looking for a fan heater under R200. There were 2 samples on display but none in a box. Sthembiso searched high and low - made a phone call to establish if there was stock in the stock room. Once confirmed he walked (with a slight limb) and asked me to wait patiently. about 8 min or so later he emerged with the box in hand - no complaints :) When i asked his name he even blushed. I am so happy to see some one do their job properly. so often in these circumstances, store staff rush to say out of stock without checking the back room. I really want to commend him - no matter how long it took. i would have been pleased with the service even if he had come back empty handed - just because he made the effort.
