On the 19th of Oct I went for a quick shopping trip to Foschini's Westgate. After spending about 30min in the store we went to the jewellery display and a lady by the name of Palesa asked in a very polite manner to remove my purse from under my arm and to hold it as there was a suspicious looking gentlemen following us the entire store and keeping an eye on my purse. Both my brother and myself with Palesa kept an eye the suspicious looking character until he left the store. I would like to forward my gratitude to this wonderful team keeping their customers safe and informed. A huge thank you to Palesa and the team for saving a huge hassle that would have occurred if my purse was. Keep up the good work and great customer service
