Fashion Deliveries

I placed a order on the 13/10/2013 at the promande branch.
i specifically said i want the fashion delivery that takes 48 hours as i needed the shoe i ordered for eid which was on the 16/10/2013.
i arrive at the branch on the 16/10/2013 and still no shoe has arrived.
today is the 18/10/2013 and yet still no communication from the store advising my order is arrived.
this is not the 1st time it's happening.
i hoenstly hope identity does not expect me to pay an extra R40.00 for the delivery if they are unable to produce or provide an adiquit service.
i want feedback regarding this matter ASAP as i belive this is bull.
is this what identity calls service??? because if it is you guys are.

Highly dissapointed in identity.
