Very bad customer service

I went to Edgars in Maponya Mall to buy a suit for an event I want to attend over weekend. I couldn't believe the poor service one gets in that store.

I regret ever going to buy in that specific shop. It's like one have to either make a scene or beg for service. As per their rules we can't use fitting rooms without supervision, but there was nobody there to help. When you ask employees, everyone kept on saying i'll get someone to help you and they disappear forever. I had to wait up until I got another lady to assist me. I asked to see a flr manager who also told me that the person responsible for fitting room was not in yet. My question was why can't he find somebody to stand in up until when the person arrives. He apologised but it was not enough. I also struggled in getting someone to help me in the aisles with the items I was buying.

You really make one's shopping experience a regrettable one in your store. I hate to work hard for my money and also sweat when I have to spend it. Your service, big time. For a big store in the township you're worse. You'll never see me in your pathetic store. Take a leaf from other Edgars stores, like the one in Protea Glen.
