I received excellent service, excellent customer relations, and when she didn't have a product on the list she came looking for me in the shop to discuss alternatives, what i received was a stunning and delicious platter fit for a king. Now I think this gentleman's name is Nathan, he was working in the pnp bottle store on Saturday approx 2pm. What a gentleman, what manners, what customer service, he really went above and beyond, the extra mile, he went 3 extra miles. He even helped me unpack my trolley into the boot of my car and refused point blank for me to even buy him a coldrink to say thank you, saying "ma'am is my job and its my pleasure" WOW double WOW. And it was stinking hot in Uitenhage on Saturday, 26.01.2013

Now what i want to know is what is pnp going to do regarding these two MOST EXCELLENT workers?
