What a refreshing change to deal with a company who provided such excellent service!

I corresponded with Andrea over e-mail. At 5.25am yesterday I had an e-mail from her, at 8.50am I had a phone call from Colin and at 2.30pm he was at my house repairing the chip! He was pleasant, efficient and I would definitely recommend him.
