I bought single beds for my kids, the matresses total rubbish, if you on it feels like you lying on the base and not the matress, I went back to the store to inform them as this was a month ago that I bought these and other items, the person who helped me on the Thursday said he will inform the relevant people, only on Monday I received an sms stating that they will contact me, on thuesday lady phoned me and said they send the complained to the warehouse, a week later I still have the matresses. Whats happening a big store like this cant even sort out a small problem and my kids must suffer, If you look on your system I bought around R20, 000 from you guys and this is the treatment I receive, will think twice next time
