Glasfit Benoni ignored my needs during emergency!

On 14/12/12 my house was burgled into. Sliding-door locks, a window mechanism and a couple of windows were broken while I was away. Peter from Glasfit reported to my place on the evening of the 15 Dec, to assess the situation and promised replace all broken locks after the 16 Dec public holidays, mentioning that all suppliers were closed for the year and he wont be able to fix. On the morning of the 16th, My brothers-in-law bought a window mechanism from the local hardware and were able to atleast get the window closed (a service that could'v been provided by Glasfit). Subsequent to this, I waited for a quote that was allegedly sent through via my e-mail that never reached me. The lady at Glasfit Benoni was extremely rude when I informed her that I had never received the quote from her. After several enquiries, this quote was ultimately sent through to me (via fax) only on 15/03/13. This for me shows how a client in dire need of critical services can be ignored and disregarded. I am doing this as record of my dissatisfaction with no intention to use Glasfit. In my books, they have failed to deliver over 3 months & have a stinky attitude. This is not how you treat you clients!!
