Customer service not first priority at shoprite

Today (17 October 2013) I walked into Shoprite around my area to ask if there are vacancies available and what's the procedure when I want to apply, all that lady was doing while I was speaking to her was playing with the computers and using body gestures to "reply" to my questions, there not even a single word she uttered except for "she does not know" but with an attitude
