I give up

Today marks 11th day since i complained about Shoprite foods.

all they do is to wait for me to call before they can tell me that "the management" is still discussing it...

on 01/03/2013 at 8:47:00, i bought SMK CHIC GRILLER at Shoprite, Grobbler for my son, he could easily taste that it was for pigs, and yes he had a running stomach.

when Mogotlane and personnel manager who didnt introduce himself were questioned about the quality of their foods, no straight answer was provided, instead, the personnel manager only offered to give me wors, lol wrf is going on?

i have been a loyal customer to Shoprite for the past 8 years, i buy my groceries and food from shoprite everyday... but from now and on, i will think twice...

one other thing, ... shoprite, polokwane, at Metropolitan Square, your Food Glass, or whatever you call it, is broken, customers can literally touch foods from outside. we eat food which we pay for. check how many times i complained about worst services at shoprite,

everytime a customer complain, the thing "GIVING THEM FOODS" is solution. Shame on you, people like me want real things, VALUE for money.
