Bad service

I am a loyal customer at Bear's stores in Gezina Pretoria since 22.10.2011.I have purchased 10801226 ghia l/s 3pce acc 105363, LG hifi .ht355/6/3 120 h/t/s pce(.SA) 10821022, Vegas sleeper couch blk 10839855, tek mini ooven 25.lt tkco250 blk 1084359 acc 105363-2.I would like these items to be fixed as it is still under warranty and I don't seem to get this service from the relevant store. Please can somebody look into this as I am very unhappy and bad mouthing your company, wouldn't recommend anybody to buy from you. I would appreciate it if a manager can contact me on 0785032234
