Unable to get previous purchase history

SARS has requested purchase history due to high expenses due to being a type 1 diabetic on insulin, when I called the branch I spoke with a gentlemen which I cannot recall his name who said I would need to call back the following day and will need to speak with Warren which I did call back. Warren was polite but was not able to assist or locate any previous purchase history for me. This is concerning as I used to purchase my insulin and test strips there now that SARS wants the info I cannot produce it due to Dis-Chem canal walk not being able to help.
