I bought jacket for a friend's birthday on 7/09/ 13. I enquired about exchanging it should the size be incorrect and was told that I could do so within a month of purchase. The jacket was taken back the following week to be exchanged for the correct size. My friend was told that it will the take 2-3 weeks. We accepted this and went back after 3 weeks (4/10), because we were not contacted, only to be told that it has been dispatched from the Pavilon and should be here shortly. Upon contacting them today (15/10), my friend was asked by Gugu if he will be in dbn, implying that he should fetch it from Gateway. After he asked for the area manager's number, she said that she will get it by this Friday, and that she will call him later with the area managers no and she never did. This is an embarrassment to me because I bought a gift for someone at this store. I am cash paying customer and definitely expect better service. This is an indication of lazy staff with a negative attitude towards customer service, who obviously do not care about the reputation of the company. I am absolutely disappointed, especially that they never cared to come back to us and it is over 1 month.
