Very Bad Customer Serice

As a consumer I would think that if something I bought does not match up to what was advertised or is at all even usable as in my case. That I have the right to return it to the supplier and ask for my money back.

I have returned the textile that I bought to Maizey Plastics to be met with a lot of resistance. They now have to do
tests and they will get back to me. They still have my money and took the product back that I bought. And they also said that there is NO GUARANTEE OF A REFUND.

How can Maizey Plastics sell items and accept no responsibility for their faulty goods, its not the first time this has happened. The last time I was offered a voucher just to be told when I tried to redeem the voucher that its not valid.

Be very careful when you buy from Maizey Plastics, its not always what is advertised and you will be met with a very big uphill battle to recuperate your losses.
