On going into the Walmer Park store and asking if Gareth had a certain item in store he looked around and said he would phone the other branches and let me know. Within an hour he had called back to say he had located the product and that it should be in his store within 6 days but he would call me again when it arrived. I received another call 4 days later to say it was in the store waiting for me to collect! I am so impressed with his friendly, efficient service. We have had other dealings with him in store and he is always helpful and cheerful. It is nice to see a manager getting involved and being active on the floor of the store - it makes such a difference. Well done Gareth, we'll be back!!!
