The Thank You card in Edgars was introduced by them to encourage shoppers to gain rewards from shopping at their stores. However, the assistants in the store openly to lying to customers by insisting that the cards are swipped when this is not the case. Why introduce this benefit if sales clarks are not willing to co-operate in this initiative?
