I went to Truworths Fourways on the 5th of September to buy my wife a present for her Birthday, so I bought a bag so wanted something that would match the bag, Promise was so helpful and Patient, she actually made time to help walk around the shop looking for a dress that would match with the Bag.

So would like to thank Promise for her good Customer Service and Going the Extra Mile that the Consumer left the Store happy and satisified. Wish we can have more people like Promise in our Stores in SA who knows about Good Customer Service.
