Tasneem flies the banner high for Truworths

I recently had a few terrible experiences with Truworths outlets wit regards to poor quality and damaged goods. I phoned the Truworths head office and was met with some bad attitude. Then came Tasneem! Her knowledge and customer friendliness was really exceptional. She made a promise and kept to her word, something that is very rare in the world today. Speak about people going the extra mile and Tasneem would be on the top of the list.
I am truly grateful to have dealt with Tasneem as she displayed professionalism of a higher grade. If customer service was filled with more people with the attitude of Tasneem, life would be so much more uncomplicated.
