TWO ACCOUNT SOME STORE FOR ONE PERSON

On the 30/ 09 /13 I went to Jet store to close my account with them because I am NOT using it anymore, I was shocked to learn that I have two account which at some point were working at the same time. BUT also the ladies whom I spoke to Khensani, Gugu and Jack were so RUDE to me and will NOT help give me the stataments of BOTH accounts. MY question is HOW can I have two account at the some shop with some ID numbers, NAMES, and ADDRRESS WITHOUT THEIR SYSTEM PACKING UP THIS?
