Incredible Connection
Do these people actually work?

Save yourself the frustration, dont even try to phone the connection card callcentre. For months now Ive been phoning the call centre to find out what my installments and balances are since I do not get a statement of my account in the post. So now they are not doing statements as well as not answering thier calcemtre calls, they must be too busy signing up customers for their excellemt service. On this afternoons little attempt at the callcentre, Press 1 for connection card, press 3 for this and 4 for that and then we go to the beginning again (PS I hope this valued customner who actually isa creating work for me gets the hint and puts the phone down. Well I did put the phone down but like a stupid Im going to try again, forbid that I actually pay on time.
