Camel back bladder burst after using it once

To whom it may concern

I recently purchased a camel back with a bladder from Mr Price Sandton. After using it for the second time the bladder burst at the seams, 12km into a 42km unsupported trail run. This is extremely dangerous, unacceptable, and life threatening. We rely on your products to support us during a race and it is extremely frustrating that it is irreparably damaged after using it only once.

This is to inform that I will never purchase a product from you again and I have been in contact with the consumer commission to discuss potential legal action
