Pathetic advice

I am recently confirmed diabetic.
I like spices and condiments. Dietician says stay away from anything with msg in it.
Went to Robertsons site and put in a query asking them to let me know which of their products contain msg.
Received a reply along the lines of read the labels it is on them.
The new packaging has a label with a pull tag BUT the whole thing is behind a clear wrapping. Must I now open all the spices see what is in them and then put a seemingly used bottle back on the shelf.
I think this person's advice is most unhelpful. A follow up to the same person was read receipted on 1st October but still no reply. This is not good help.
