Fantastic Customer Service

There was miscommunication with an online consultant where we missed our chance to purchase an appliance from Dionswired. I then sent an e-mail query to clarify and find out what I had misunderstood.

To cut a long story short, Nedine Behari (who is the Buying and Planning Coordinator - nothing to do with customer service) was the responder. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to sort out our purchase query with the utmost professionalism and courteous manner - getting calls when promised and following through with what she said.

I also dealt with Dalvin, who too, was very professional and followed up as he said he would.

I just wanted to take the time to commend both of you and to thank you both for being consistent in your word and accommodating me.
