Bad Service

We brought a set of a Hand Mixer, Biscuit Maker nd and a Kitchen scale. We brought the set on the 28th of September and took it back on the 6th of October reason being the hand mixer was stopping while I was using it and I was told by Mr MK Mnguni that I can not get a refund as it has past 7working days but according to me it was not even 7working days yet so the didn't give me my refund they told me that they need to book the product for checking and I am really unhappy about that I don't want the product anymore want my money back
