GOING THE EXTRA MILE

I believe this gentleman is a manager of a certain division.
Every time I go there, he's at the entrance ushering in customers and and informing them of the Combo specials.
This Saturday I went there and this lady customer walked up to him and told him that there were no trolleys, he sprang into action and ran into the parking lot, in search of a free trolley. He found one and brought it back to the customer.
That for me showed exceptional service.
