Terrible service

My father and i went to ctm strydom park. Although when standing by the counter we did not wait long, a gent walked up to us and asked how can i help, we then proceeded to tell him we would like to purchase more tiles and showed him the slip of the ones we purchased before. To cut a long story short we were interrupted and told sorry im busy with another customer. In all fairness help the customer you busy with first before you go onto the next customer, but dont ask me can i help and then cut me off becuase you didnt finalize things with your first customer. I didnt catch the guys name. But in the end another gent by the name of tolon i think, took us over and owed up for this issue and gave us affective and great service. I thank him.
