Missing Body Parts

I recently flew overseas to visit family and purchased a 'wooden construction kit' of a rhino from a duty free shop in OR Tambo airport. After i gave my nephew his gift we avidly set about constructing the wooden model. My nephew was most upset to find half of the parts were missing. I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 5-9-13 and have had no email response from them since. I have also phoned them on 2 separate occasions requesting some feedback and to date have still had no feedback.
