Aggressive and Rude

I went in to inquire about some printing at the Woodmead Jetline. There was a bald man behind the counter that at first did not know what i meant when i asked for NCR books. When he did, he said there would be a R900 set up fee for the books. This is 9 times higher than any other supplier has quoted me. When i asked him why it was so high and told him all other suppliers only charge R100, he very rudely and aggressively said to me "Well then go to one of your other suppliers, why are you talking to me" and gestured his hand at me as if to chase me out of the shop. I must again emphasize that this was said very aggressively, and when I simply tried to enquire what the large set up fee was for. He could not show me this set up fee on any price list, only verbally.

I can assure you the branch lost a lot of business as my company orders printing regularly.
