Seems like Koko Kids is a company/ internet shop.

I placed an order on the 11th September and paid for my goods the same day and sent proof of payment through. On the order it states delivery takes 5 - 7 working days. I informed Koko kids I needed delivery of my order by the 22nd September as I was going to Mauritius - to date I have not received my order nor have I had any response to my emails/ calls.
