The staff at woolworth kerk street have very bad attitutes i had to collect my new card i was in the queue for more than 2 hours and there was only one person at the customer service desk when it was my turn this woman was so tired and irretated she basically looked at me and said i must just wait. i am so disgusted you guys need to train your staff go to handle clients
