Conned out of my vouche

On 23 September, I contacted Omo with regards to the competition in the 2kg auto washing powder, I was told that my number will be registered and then given a list of vouchers that I could choose frm, I chose a voucher to Adega, and told that I will be contacted in 48hrs. Yesterday, 2October I then called the customer service to query why I had not heard a word after being told I will be contacted in 48hrs, I was put on hold passed on frm clerk to clerk and then hung up on, in the process wasting my airtime, eventually I called again and explained my situation, only to be told that I was not registered for the competition vouchers and that I had to call the number in the package again and re register. I did and was told that the voucher number had already been used. I can not get a straight repsonse frm the customer care as they just waste my airtime passing me on n on n then cutting the call, so if as per them my number was not regustered then tell me how is it that my voucher has already been used??? Was I conned by someone in Omo and my voucher given to friends, or associates? How unprofessional frm Omo, bitterly dissappointed and demand answers!!!
