After logging a complaint 20 Sept about the incorrect version of GTA received i was contact by Kerri who promised it would be sorted asap. now almost 2 and a half weeks later, i am still waiting. Empty promises of getting back to me urgently are coming fat and furios. All i want now is my money back. I finally received the mail that my account has been credited besides the fact my refund on the email is R100 more than what i paid for the game .. Thanks Kalahari is that payment to tolerate the bad service??? Again tried to phone Kerry with no succes. please can i get my money back and i promise you will never have to deal with me again as i willbe unsubscribing to all your newsletters as well as close my account.. Take alot here i come!
