Excellent Service

I went into the store on Saturday past and was helped by this friendly young man named Sebastian, who not only was very competent but friendly and very willing to listen. I went in just to have a look at the price of the item which was not even close to a "potential" sale, yet he took the time to show me and explain how I go about to install and the steps to follow. Needless to say, even to my surprise, I purchased the item as I was confident about the info that he has given me and assured me of the quality of the purchase. I really want to commend him on a job well done and just to take the time to go through everything with me knowing that I only wanted information and "maybe" would have returned on a later date to make the purchase. I also work in a sales environment in the financial sector and know when someone is really interested in assisting a client or just want to get you to move along. He went the extra mile!!! I unfortunately do not know what his surname is.
