I had occasion to buy an item on 23rd December and I had to return it on 26th December as I had purchased the wrong item on advice from one of the staff. I found the total experience of the purchase and the return to be absolutely friendly and helpful. All the staff at this branch, without exception, including the lady from the security company on the door, are friendly and give you their undivided attention while serving you. This shop makes me feel proud of all the South Africans who work there and give a standard of service which is equal, if not better, than anywhere else in the world. Incredible Connection can be assured of my continued patronage and price will not be my main consideration. Congratulations to all the staff and I wish them and their families a wonderful New Year.
