What about the regular customer?!!?!

This morning I quickly go to my nearest PicknPay to get some lunch for my work day.

I know that once a month or so that they do pay outs for pensioners grants etc. Today happened to be one of those days.

Usually they open a couple tills to help those people and one or 2 for the regular customer. This morning they had all the tills open for the grants including the "CIGARETTE COUNTER", Leaving no where for the regular customer to quickly pay and be on their way.

Alls fair and well that they are helping those pensioners with payouts but what about your regular customers who come in there almost every morning to get something quick?

"You have to wait because all the tills are only open for the pensioners". I don't have time for that.

Because of the bad attitude and plain lack of logic, I just put my stuff down on the nearest surface and stormed out. Makes me wonder how many people had to wait and eventually walked out this morning because they couldn't open just 1 little till to help the regular odd customer like myself.

I find myself complaining about this particular branch AGAIN for some reason.
