Defy fridge and freezer scratched doors

I have had my new fridges since November last year and with our move to Blouberg the Removal Company scratched the doors of both the fridge and freezer. I have phoned your company in Milnerton to ask if doors can be repaired for which I will pay in full. They referred me to Alistair and Seppie 0835423595 who does their repairs and said I could contact them directly. I have phoned texted and phoned again. I was told they would see me the next day and the. Again they are so sorry they are busy but will get to me. I have phoned Defy again twice and asked for some help but was told I must contact them myself. I am utterly stupefied as I have never experienced such BAD service. It has been a few months and I am still struggling to get some one to help me to repaint my doors. Defy just doesn't care to help me!
