Deon Bosman accepts product, sells it never pays

In 2006, we produced a DVD for a surfwear company .it was a profile movie on their South african team rider David weare. Deon was approached to do the distribution, boasting he had connections at 300 stores nationwide and would move large numbers easily. He requested 500 copies at 70 rand each . they were delivered to his store on the date arranged, that he was leaving to do delivery of his sales orders for that quarter. He never took the DVDs saying he didnt have space in his trailer, but they were orders so would ship them to the stores.this would be for december holidays, and was our first run.
The disks were never sent . never paid for and after numerous lawyers letters, and phone calls, we are still nowhere 7 years later.
when he was asked about them but the lawyers, he stated they were all faulty. However he was selling in his gateway store and in fact also giving them away as i was told by an employee.
this effectively destroyed any chances of re-orders as the first run was missed.
