Poor service from staff and management

I went to truworths to return a dress I bought in bloemfontein and haven't worn it either.
I explained to the clerk whose name I don't since she had form of identification visible
That I'd like to exchange the dress because I changed my mind about wearing it to a evening I have planned this coming saturday.
She first questioned me about where I bought it she inspected the dress.
She pointed out little rips in the dress of which I haven't notice untill then.
Then she she told me that she can't accept it as is and insisted that I had caused it.
And I certainly did not as it went from the store into my car and then my closet.
All the labels are attached. Its clear that its not been used.
And she failed to consider that it could of been like that since the purchase.

I ask for her manager. She then left the till and spoke to the manager who did not even bother to
Come and see me. She simply sent the clerk back who said to me they can't take it.
Now that was poor customer service and from a manager.
She also to take it to bloem. Its their fault
This is really bad service
