Damagged goods and then bad attitute from staff

I bought an steam mob from them through Groupon on the 26th July and used it twice when I needed to use it for the real reason why I bought it for my daughters wedding off cause it did not work it tripped the swh every time no matter which plug i used it. So I took it back to homemark at Clearwater mall and they will not exchanged it for me and then tell me that the condition is fair. When it is basically new wow lady that just tell me that your product you are selling is fair since it is still new only been used once
