Treating Staff Poorly

I was in @Home Canal Walk tonight and asked one of the girls behind the counter a question, we were still in the middle of our discussion when Edwina RUDELY pulled her away telling her to serve a customer on the other side of the counter. I understand and support that she should have helped the customer if she was their before me, but she had her back to that side of the counter and could not see the lady. I was mostly offended by the way Edwina had handles the staff member who was only doing her job and helping me. When I spoke up and told edwina that we were busy talking she got very rude and arrogant. Staff are not supposed to be treated like that in general, but in front of customers. Unacceptable
