Shouting at a Custome

I recently lost my job, son i went to Hi finance at Incredible connection branch in Cape Town to reported my situation and i spoke to Zoleka who assisted me. On the 26/09/2013 i received a cal from Hi finance and spoke to an African male by the name of Thembekile who shouted at me and did not even listen to what i am saying. he then after that drop the phone and never call again for any apologies. I am highly disappointed by this especially from the head office of High Finance and i would like someone to assist me wit this.
