I am 8 months pregnant and visited Canal Walk Toys R Us, I walked around the Baby department for mo than 5 minutes looking for an assistant but there was no one. I went to the Games department and asked the assistant there to get me someone to help but 5 minutes later no one came. I then went back to her and asked for a manager who came 5 minutes later and asked the assistant who s looking for him and when the assistant showed him he just looked at me and went back to his office and a few minutes later someone came to assist me.

My problem is that I asked for him because I was unhappy about the service but he felt that I was not important enough for him to speak to me and maybe do some service recovery. I asked to speak to him again and he came and I told him how unhappy I was with the way he dealt with the situation but he never apologized.

My question to the Toys R Us management, do they speak to customers based on the colour of their skin?
