Great Service

I would just like to commend the branch manager Mr Khosa on the great service he provided to myself and my family on Saturday 26/01/2012. There were two products that we were looking the 6 pack clover milkshake and Snowflake Semolina, when we looked on the shelf none was available when we asked the aisle assistants the said that the packers had left for the day (not a good response from such a big retail store) thereafter my sister proceeded to the branch manager Mr Khosa who was infact very helpful, he even looked at the stock on his PC and went to the storeroom just to make sure, even though we did not get the product we required I believe such service should be rewarded and I hope Mr Khosa can pass his great customer service attributes to the rest of his colleagues.
