ITC Listed after settling 5 yrs ago

In 2008 I settled my Woolworths account, which at that time was only R1000.00. A few months later I started receiving calls from MBD attorneys saying that I was owing woolies. They asked me submit proof that I had paid - Low and Behold when I asked for a print out of my statement, It showed that I did not pay and the slip they had given me at the time of payment was obviously in the garb. The lady at customer services said she was going to investigate for me and till today, I am still waiting for the outcomes and she no longer works there!

Now 5 years down the line, I am still owing and the amount is now at R2900.00. This is the only bad listing against my name and I am very upset.

This needs to be sorted out immediately
