Edgars Ripped me off for R200 to add to thier prof

Received a gift form a family member form Austrailia whom was in JHB, This was a Guess shirt and was Valued at R799. The button was damaged. Took it to Edgars wesgate, They did not have a Replacement. I asked for a gift voucher and was refused. I asked for the regional managers details and was refused. I then asked to speak to someone in charge and after a long wait a manager appeared and agreed to give me a gift Voucher. Then i was told that i can only get R599 in credit for a shirt that has a price tag for R799. I did not want to waist my time so i left. I called the complaints department and was told By Managers Melba and Mokoni I need to call the Person who bought the gift for me In Australia, and get proof of payment. This person is on a world tour. This is immorally wrong. Imagine calling some who gave you a gift and ask them for Proof of Payment. Edgars should not sell damaged goods. I can't believe a large company like edgars will go to this extent and rob someone for R200.
