I handed my toothbrush in for repairs 7 weeks ago as it was not charging and it has still not been looked at. I have made numerous calls and still to no avail. Nobody ever gets back to me to let me know what is happening and I have now been told that, 7 weeks down the line, their service agents have now been fully trained and will assess the situation and let me know later this week if they are going to repair my toothbrush or replace it Such bad attitude and poor service is what is driving our country into the ground! I sincerely hope that they do use their recorded conversations for training purposes!
